Chat with the seller
Have a question, or want to agree on a price and delivery cost? Message the seller directly. Anything you agree is carried into your checkout.
Pay safely into escrow
Pay securely through Paystack. Your money is held in escrow by SafeBuyAfrica — it is NOT released to the seller yet, so you are fully protected.
Seller ships your order
Once payment is secured, the seller dispatches your item. You can follow the order status anytime from your buyer dashboard.
Confirm delivery — and only then is the seller paid
When your item arrives exactly as described, confirm delivery with one tap. That is the moment escrow releases the funds to the seller.
